down to 0" including the fines, or binder material, which helps it to pack in.

Minus Crushed Aggregate is creamy in consistency, and will pack in tightly.
Aggregate rock is a round rock that has been crushed, which means it will not
pack as tight as a basalt rock will, though it will spread better when wet due
to the consistency of the binder material.
