Basic Lawn Blend Topsoil
Description
We make our Basic Lawn
Blend Topsoil at our facility, and it is intended to be a filler or a starter
soil. As it is, is does not contain many nutrients for planting. It is a good
mixture to use if you plan on adding your own composts, or additives for
nutrients. Also a good option when you are hydro seeding or laying sod, because
it is more affordable, and the sod or hydro seed contains the nutrients your
lawn will need.
Ingredients
Sandy Fill, provides drainage and allows
moisture and air into the soil to reach the roots. The Rich Brown Loam adds
small amounts of organic content, and aids in retention of moisture and
nutrients as well as improving consistency. The compost adds nutrition.
