Coverage
Approximate length of bead according to container size
and bead diameter.
10.5 oz cartridge = 1/4" bead, 32 ft; 3/8" bead, 14 ft
29 oz cartridge = 1/4" bead, 89 ft; 3/8" bead 35 ft
Application
- Read product label thoroughly for
important information and warnings.
- Surface should be clean and free from
oil, grease, dust, excessive water or ice, or other loose materials prior to
application. The use of other chemicals may deter proper adhesion.
- Cut tip on slant for 1/4" or 3/8" bead.
Puncture inner seal with a nail or wire.
- Place cartridge in caulking gun and apply
on surface with a continuous bead. Apply no more adhesive than you can cover
in 20 minutes.
- Press surfaces together firmly with a
slight twisting motion to ensure solid contact. For fast curing, lift the
cap, stone, paver or brick straight up to flash (expose adhesive to air) and
reset. Do not twist as you lift.
- To cleanup scrape off dried adhesive with
a putty knife. Remove residue with mineral spirits.
